Where is your studio?
All of my artwork is lovingly created at my home studio in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
Is my information private?
The information that we receive from you (name, address, email, phone number) will only be used to process and dispatch your order(s). Your details will NEVER be sold or given to any other party and will only ever be used within erinsummer.com. Your payment details are NEVER stored as these are dealt with via PayPal or Stripe where all transactions are secure. If you have any further questions about how we use your information please email info@erinsummer.com and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Shop Orders FAQ
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days● Canada: 5–8 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
With printing, production and shipping times in mind, please allow between 1 - 4 weeks for delivery (this may increase slightly over busy periods such as Christmas time, but we'll keep you updated closer to the time). Will I be charged customs for my order?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Please note that we are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that may be added when entering countries other than the USA.Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address - Ask your local post office if they have your package - Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@erinsummer.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.How are your products made?
All of my artwork is lovingly created, styled and edited in my home studio in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
From there, we work with a print-on-demand production partner that has several locations worldwide. Your orders are printed custom made-to-order, and shipped from the facility that is able to produce and ship your order the most efficiently!How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@erinsummer.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What are your shipping rates?
Unframed Prints: $5 CAD
Sizes (in inches):
8x10, 10x10, 12x12, 12x16, 14x14, 12x18, 16x16
Large Framed Prints: $15 CAD
(+$5 for each additional framed print)
Sizes (in inches):
16x20, 18x18, 18x24
Extra Large Framed Prints: $20 CAD
(+$10 for each additional framed print)

Shipping & Delivery Times

All of our products are made to order with our production partners based in different locations across the world, which is a much more sustainable production process and allows us to use minimal waste. Due to this, our fulfilment times are a little longer. Made-to-order products can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered depending on your location, though they will usually arrive well within that window (around 7 working days on average). All of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability, so if you order more than one item, please bear in mind your order may arrive in different packages.Shop currencies
Please note that if you are placing orders anywhere other than Canada, our shop's currency is in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Depending on your bank, you may be charged a currency conversion fee - the amount of these fees can vary, so please check for more details with your bank. Unfortunately, at this time, we have no control over these fees. They tend to be around 3% of your total order.

Due to the current complications with Brexit, deliveries from the UK to Europe are suffering some delays. Please note there may be customs/import duties to pay at the destination country. We do not pay these fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns FAQ
Do you offer refunds?
If for whatever reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days (in it's original condition.) Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email us and we will give you all the details you need to return your order. We can then give you a full refund or exchange it for another item. Either way, we will do our best to make sure you are happy!
Lost stolen or late packages:
Erin Summer is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages. Once the tracking information indicates "delivered” Erin Summer is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
